Green Building Supply Chain Service Platform

IGreenbuy is a green building supply chain service platform, which covers key industrial supporting sectors: exhibition, promotion, certification, finance, transaction, incubation, etc. It is built by Shanghai Green Building Council(GBC), Urban Construction Material(SHMGC) and Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences(SRIBS). Real estate, constructors, design institutes and material suppliers can obtain appropriate services. Furthermore, IGreenbuy is designated as the only publishing platform by Shanghai identity management institution of GBC.

PRODUCT

GBTOOLS

GBTOOLS is jointly developed by SRIBS (Shanghai Research Institute of Building Science) and SHMGC (Urban Construction Material) for design and assessment of green buildings. Based on “Assessment Standard for Green Building” (GB/T 50378-2014), GBTOOLS intends to promote Chinese green building standard to international professionals and researchers and provide an accessible tool for international professionals of sustainable building to evaluate the projects with Chinese national standard. The current English version includes functions below: （1）Manage the projects.（2）Evaluation and scoring of projects.（3）Results exported in table form.（4）Re-edit the unaccomplished projects.

Purchasing platform is a corporate purchasing collaboration platform which provides comprehensive information services, pleiotropic modes of transactions and butler services.
